Individualized private piano instruction is the best way to learn to read music efficiently. Not everyone learns the same way, so why should everyone be taught the same way? Your lessons will be customized especially for you! Perhaps you read notes well, but are having trouble keeping a steady beat. Or perhaps you can memorize your music, but are having difficulty sightreading . We also offer two recitals each year which are not mandatory, but are well attended. Having private lessons at KeyBoard Productions will
allow you to learn at your own pace... while keeping a smile on your face!
KeyBoard Kamp is a summer program designed to get our students playing music together. Each student plays his or her part in a three or four piece band. Each part is also a different instrument- bass, guitar, piano, strings, brass, etc. In this setting it makes sense why we need to keep a steady beat, why we need to count, and why it is important to practice and be a reliable team member. At the end of KeyBoard Kamp we record the songs we've been working on and make CDs to take home. And yes, this is definately TONS of fun!!
